The Unit is a one bedroom on the fourth floor. There is a full kitchen with all amenities, including a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer in a hall closet plus an ironing board and iron. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer. The condo sleeps four. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a futon in the living area. Enjoy cable TV and a computer with DSL access to the internet in the living room. The open air private terrace has a magnificent view of Bandaras Bay and stunning sunsets almost every night.

The complex has a large fitness center. There are movie rooms in both towers. The business centers have WiFi access in both towers. There is a snack bar and three swimming pools as well as a spa in each one. There is 24 by 7 guarded gate access to the property.

The Grand Venetian is in the Hotel zone and ideally located on the beachfront, right next to the River Pitillal. You are a just a short walk from several attractions. There is a brand new upsacle shopping center right next to the driveway entrance to the Grand Venetian. There is a Soriana Super Market in either direction. The condo complex is almost exactly half way between them. The one towards downtown is located in Plaza Caricol. This Plaza has many shops, two banks with ATMs, and a few places to eat. There is a nearby Costco (straight up the street across from the entrance/ exit to the complex). Located across the river is the Peninsula Shopping center. It has a Starbucks, and a host of boutique shops. Another block past that is the entrance to the cruise ship terminal. The Marigalante, a replica of Christopher Columbus's 15th century flag ship, has a pirate theme. Daily she makes daytime and dinner cruises from here. Continuing on towards the airport there is a Walmart and a Sam's Club. Next to them is the Plaza Galerías Vallarta, a large mall anchored by an upscale store named Liverpool. All within walking distance.

A short cab ride, or a ride on a local bus that stops right in front of the complex's driveway, will take you to the Marina or, in the other direction to the old downtown. There are a multitude of things to do at the Marina. Boat rentals, a ride on a banana boat, lots of restaurants and shops. The old town is where it all began. The world famous Malecon is newly rebuilt and is automobile free for most of it. The town plaza has many nightly attractions. Los Arcos, across the street from the plaza and on the Malecon, has many free nightly performances.

Go further into town and you get to the Zona Romantica. The place to find that special something for your someone special and restaurants, restaurants, restaurants every where! There is so much to do and see in this enchanting paradise that one visit will cause you to want to return over and over!
